DAY 02: Day Trip in Munnar, Echo Point, Mattupettu- Kundala Dam and Lake, Nilgiri Tahr, Eravikulam National Park
On your second day, get set to explore the beautiful hill station after a nice breakfast at the hotel. You could spend your day around the sites of Munnar, enjoy the crisp air around the tea estates, check out Echo Point, Mattupettu Dam, Kundala Dam and Lake and savor the worthy photo capture moments at Photo Point. If you’re looking for a chance to catch the famed Nilgiri Tahr, then Eravikulam National Park would be the place for you or you could see some elephants at the Elephant Arrival Point. DAY 04: Alleppey- 165kms 4 hrs trip, Luxury Houseboat trip- Sailing through the Alleppey backwaters
Tuck into a lavish breakfast at your hotel and after checking out from the hotel by 8 am, get prepared for a 4 hour journey to Alleppey With the lush green background of coconut palms, the peaceful and sprawling backwaters, the Venice of the East is a great place to relax and enjoy a serene journey on a houseboat. The shores, washed by the silvery waves of the Arabian Sea, Alleppey is a destination that will welcome you for a houseboat ride of a lifetime. After boarding the houseboat by around 12 noon, you certainly need to be prepared for a thrilling ride through the spectacular backwaters of the state. As you cruise through the serene backwaters, you can enjoy the splendid scenery around you like beautiful villages, paddy fields,shoreline based churches, temples and the day-to-day life of the local folk.Your crew would have cooked sumptuous meals for you on board the houseboat and you would have an overnight stay on board the Houseboat.

Your Jouney begins to Ashtamudi , the famed picnic village of Kollam is located in the sprawling 200 year old campus where Lord Munroe once ruled.Being located on the backwater front, this tourist village is the main centre for recreational activities in the district of Kollam. It had a boat club, a children’s traffic park in additional to an adventure club and a good hotel.
Alumkadavu is the place where the first houseboats in the country where built & is located on the northern part of Kollam . In Alumkadavu waft of coir and woods always seem to permeate the air. Perhaps one of the reasons could be the fact that is a major center for the construction of traditional rice barges, called Kettuvalloms in the vernacular .These Kettuvalloms are later modified into houseboats for tourists.During the construction of Houseboat, the skilled artisans in the village would always make sure that locally available eco-friendly materials like wood, bamboo poles and coconut fibre is used in its production.
